Comply with higher building construction standards which reduce energy consumption and generate more green energy locally

Reflect the defining and distinctive qualities of the surrounding landscape, its characteristics and valued features, protect trees, hedgerows, woodland and other natural features from harm and delivery net biodiversity gains.

Protect listed buildings and North Walsham Battlefield site which lie close to the site.
